The Finnish Cycling Embassy was created as an outreach arm of the Finnish Cycling Federation. The goal, through several channels, is to spread the word about how Finland, in general, and Helsinki in particular have become bike friendly and about how other cities around the world can learn from strategies adopted and developed in Finland.
